Sleep on the top and center of the pillow for nighttime use with your head on the plaid fabric. There are notches in the front of the pillow that support your neck on both sides. These notches eliminate bulky neck rolls that go across your cervical spine. The center top that you sleep on is one of three compartments that has a zipper. The zipper opening enables you to adjust the pillow by taking some fiberfill out or simply adding more.
The bottom of the pillow is not for sleeping. It features a seam down the middle that helps create the pillow's arch. Your head and neck are not supported using the bottom of the pillow for sleep. However, you can use the bottom side vertically to help support your head and neck during the day.
Wash the pillow as needed with a high-efficiency (HE) washing machine. When cleaning, be sure to use warm water, avoid softeners, and wash with another pillow or sheets. Towels will pill the pillow's fabric during cleaning and drying.
Each pillow comes with a pillowcase made with rayon knit. This breathable and cool fabric allows the pillow to move and adjust to how you sleep on it. It also has a silky smooth hand that helps combat hair issues and face wrinkles. This pillowcase can be washed with warm water and dried using medium heat. Be sure not to wash the pillowcase with towels or any abrasive materials.
