Shipping policy

Individual product orders ship out within 7-10 business days, while subscription product orders ship out each month pursuant to your plan's billing schedule.  As we are a small-batch manufacturer, we have pillows in stock but sometimes may need to produce on demand depending on the orders received.  In the event your order will be shipped later than anticipated, we will contact you to advise on expected turnaround times. 

Our pillows are only available for purchase in states and jurisdictions where it is currently licensed and registered. We are currently unable to ship to the following states as our pillow is pending registration:

California, Delaware, Michigan, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia

All Night and Day Pillow products are not available for international purchase at this time.
