Refund policy

Please notify us by e-mail at catpesale@gmail.com to request a return, exchange, or refund for any of our individual product or subscription product items within 14 days of receipt of your order.  All return & exchange shipping costs for orders are the customer’s responsibility, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.  All items must be in original condition with labels intact to qualify for a return or exchange.  We do not accept soiled or used merchandise for return or exchange, and we also advise that customers include a tracking number with their return & exchange package. To expedite your exchange request, please place a new order on our website for the product you want to exchange for, and we will credit your original order upon receipt of the item being returned as long as all other requirements stated in this paragraph are satisfied.
